Quality has always been ALITOM's top priority. ALITOM only engages top quality, reputable manufacturers with excellent track records to execute our orders. Our Quality Assurance Department has a stringent selection process to evaluate the suitability and competence of manufacturers. We only select manufacturers with relevant accreditations and certificates in compliance to internationally recognized standards including GMP, CPP and other WHO requirements. Manufacturers without GMP or relevant accreditations will not be considered in our selection process.

Our Quality Assurance team inspects the manufacturers prior to commencement of engagement; the inspection covers all facets such as facilities, management, operations, sales, logistics and recall procedures. Their certificates, documentation and procedures are inspected on-site. All our manufacturers are regularly inspected by our Quality Assurance Team at least annually to ensure that our manufacturers conform to GMP and conduct efficient logistic services.

Pre-shipment inspection by internationally renowned agencies such as SGS, ITS, BIVAC, etc is a standard procedure for all our export orders. To ensure superior product quality, orders are randomly tested by our engaged independent laboratory, the Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre Ltd, an internationally recognized and semi-government laboratory in Hong Kong SAR.
